Oana and Ray talk to Simon about Emerging Leaders, leadership in the Canadian Armed Forces and the great work he is doing through Trench Leadership – A Podcast From The Front.

Simon is a Canadian who retired from the Canadian Armed Forces after 26 years of experience being a follower and leader. 

He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership degree from Royal Roads University where he found his passion to help emerging leaders create strong foundations as they embark on their leadership journey.

His passions include being a private pilot, runner, building custom poker tables, and riding his motorcycle.

He also enjoys speaking to anyone that will listen about the benefits of education (formal and informal) for leaders at all levels.
