Sile Walsh specialises in leadership and inclusion, with a focus on “leadership that’s good for everyone”.
Sile has over ten years of experience working in private practice with individuals, teams, and organisations supporting change management, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, and organisational development programmes.
Sile is doing a PhD on Inclusive Leadership with Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology in Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK. She recently founded the “Inclusive Leadership Team” at Inclusive-leadership.ie and speaks on topics of leadership, inclusion, and coaching psychology. She has most recently been a guest on the Irish Management Institute Talking Leadership Podcast discussing inclusive leadership, discussed leadership on Leadership Revealed with John Paul, presented for The Corporate Governance Institute, guest lectured with University College Cork on both the masters in Organisational Psychology and Personal and Management Coaching, and in 2021 generated audiences in the 100’s (L&D, HR, D&I, leadership professionals from across industries and continents) at her public leadership and inclusion webinars.
